“Effective Strategies to Increase Your Law Firm’s Bottom Line,” a half-day workshop designed to create quality referrals and use Web strategies effectively to gain more business, is 8:30 a.m.-noon Jan. 28 at Automation Alley, 2675 Bellingham Drive, Troy. The workshop sessions include: “The Effective Referral Partners and Strategic Partners” by Lori T. Williams of Your Legal Resource PLLC; “Strategies to Improve your Firm’s Website” by Jason T. Ryan of Vision Fuel Media; “Five Social Media Tools You Can’t Afford to Ignore” by David E. Benjamin of Social Media Strategist; “Social Media Applications in the Law Firm” by Timothy P. WBA Mentorship Event

Lori Williams is the membership chair for the Women’s Bar Association and participated in the mentorship event on November 4th at Cooley Law School. Lori has committed to mentoring two female first year law students from the Auburn Hills campus of Cooley Law School.
