With the current
economic climate, knowledge of legal rights and legal resources is
becoming more important to individuals, business owners, and our
community in general. Our economy is impacting individuals who are
now facing bankruptcy, foreclosure, buyouts, and even divorce. Yet,
these uncertain times can also bring about positive change,
including a growing number of entrepreneurs starting
businesses. There are of course many legal issues
involved with starting a business, including protecting the intellectual
property involved in that business.
Click Here for podcast featuring two
attorneys discussing legal issues for business with Voices of Detroit
co-hosts, David Benjamin and Larry Henry.
