Attorney Lori Williams is a member of the General Practice-Solo & Small Firm Section of the State Bar of Michigan, which is hosting this event, and she is on the planning committee for this event.
The premise behind the event is to give the public access to lawyers in different practice areas for an initial consultation, at no charge. 15 minute consultations will be set up between lawyers and guests with legal questions at the event. The guests can speak to a number of lawyers if they have legal questions on a variety of topics, since many practice areas will be covered. Please refer to the flyer above for the different practice areas. Some attorneys will have exhibit tables set up, and guests can talk with them there also.
A few of the lawyers participating in the “Ask the Lawyer” event are new to the practice, having become licensed within the last year. Other participating lawyers are “veterans”, with over 25 years in practice.
Join us for this FREE community event on September 15th from 12-5pm. Tell a friend and bring your questions to “Ask the Lawyer!”
Additional information can be found on The Community House event webpage here. (A list of participating lawyers and sponsors will be posted shortly at this link).
